If there’s anything I like most that is actually good for my body - it’s
sleeping (you know, compared to junk food snacking and endless surfing through
YouTube videos).
Ecoparadise takes sleeping to a whole new level
through their Antioxidant Hotbed Therapy - where their spacious rooms create an
environment for guests to absorb antioxidants to counter the harmful effect of
free radicals, all while they relax ;)
Technically speaking, free radicals come from sources like pollution, stress, toxins and even our own bodies, which lead to health problems such as accelerated aging, skin problems, insomnia and more - which antioxidants, ie. ‘good’ molecules/ your body’s defence system helps to prevent. Yep - that’s awesome.

- very comfy and classy ;)

As we redeemed our ‘Free Session’ voucher, we
were personally greeted by the outlet manager, Vivian. She was friendly and
very pleasant :) She
introduced and briefed us on antioxidants and Ecoparadise as a whole - from the unique paint and materials of the wall to the
eco-friendly shower gels inside the shower room.
We were shown egg yolk and bread which had not
decomposed at all due to the
antioxidant-filled environment!
Ok, so you can’t eat them
:P But look how great they still look!

We were given
‘kimono’-like outfits to wear, which were super comfy and made me feel like
‘Karate kid’. Inside my head: cue ninjas and awesome action fight scene! Hai-yah!
Changing time!
|
After changing, it
was relaxation time! Their hotbed therapy rooms are heated to warm from 42 to
45 degrees Celsius. As soon as we entered the room, I could feel the wave of
heat ~ whew.
At first, it was a
bit hard to get used to the temperature, but after a while, it didn’t feel that
hot. We chatted for a while, then just relaxed throughout the 40 minutes
session - definitely sweated out all the toxins.
As soon as we
opened the door to exit the room after the session, wow! We felt a rush of
cool, fresh air - and it felt so good! Ahhh ~ I felt so refreshed! Before
taking a shower, we were advised to chill at the waiting room first.
Oh, and did I
mention the AMAZING view?
Breath-taking view overlooking

Plus, we were given
mango enzyme juice to help refresh and rejuvenate our bodies. Delicious and healthy - Yum!
I just have to say again, YUM!

It was my
first-ever and truly enjoyable experience of antioxidant hotbed therapy. I
think this is a great way of taking care of one’s body and health, whether
young or old - give it a go! :D

ReplyDeleteLaminate flooring is cheap compared to other sorts of flooring, which is one reason it’s so well known. It’s too safe for scratches, stains, and scratches. Cover flooring can be made to seem like hardwood or indeed stone.
