Lego Activities

To get the best out of employees, there is a need to have a true sense of closeness. So today we had a “Lego Game” which we need to assemble Lego pieces into a car.  Since Worthy Book are welcoming new employees recently, we decided to introduce our working culture to them in a way that requires brainstorming but is also fun at the same time.

Lego can be fun and sometimes stressing when you have to compete with other groups. So, we were divided into four groups: Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 and Group 4. The goal is to build a model of a Lego car and the group which manages to assemble the Lego pieces the fastest would be the winner.

We played this “Lego Game” for 4 rounds and we found that all teams managed to improve their record time in each round.  We can conclude the team improved communication among them in each round. We managed to utilise the groupwork method of achieving our goals.  The members also need to identify and disassemble each part of car components before they get started. All the teams were recorded the best time in the finals round because this game required team work and strategic thinking to achieve their goal in time.

Besides having fun, there’s always something to learn. The objective behind this game was to encourage team members to improve communication, be more productive, trust each other and the most important quality in a workplace is team work.  “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much
